A note from our founder

I built this because I needed it too.

I spent over two decades building something I was deeply proud of. When I sold my company in 2025 I expected relief. I got that. What I did not expect was the restlessness that followed. The engine was still running. There was just nowhere to go.

I looked for a community of accomplished peers navigating the same transition. It did not exist. So I built it. Not because I had all the answers but because I believed the answers were in the room. The room just needed to exist first.

RetiredEarly is that room. And it is just getting started.
